Darchem Engineering is proud to announce that we have joined the MFC Foundation as a Gold Member, reinforcing our commitment to supporting the local community that has played such an important role in our journey. A partnership built on shared values
The decision to partner with the MFC Foundation was a natural one for us. The Foundation’s focus on education, health, inclusion and opportunity closely aligns with our own values as an employer and a community-focused organisation. Through its wide range of programmes, the Foundation supports young people, families and individuals, making a genuine difference across the communities it serves.
Championing the partnership from within
This partnership was championed internally by Darchem’s HR Business Partner, Malcolm, whose personal experience of the Foundation’s work helped bring the opportunity to life.
Speaking about the decision, Malcolm said:
