Andy Scott

Andy has worked for over 15 years in a variety of people centred roles spanning from people development in hospitality through to HR roles within the Manufacturing, Automotive, Customer Service and Logistics industries.

As a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD and having achieved both a MA and BSc in Human Resource Management, Andy is a dedicated People Professional with a true passion for people in business. Since becoming Head of HR in 2020, Andy’s key focus has been to build a collaborative and inclusive working environment where people can have fun, develop and achieve success.

In his spare time, Andy loves nothing more than spending time with his wife and two sons and is also a keen go-kart racer.
