Jonathan Derbyshire

Jonathan Derbyshire is Business Unit Manager for Darchem’s Projects Division. He joined Darchem through the graduate scheme in 2010 and has since developed through commercial and strategic planning roles within the business, progressing into senior leadership positions across Aerostructures and Darchem Gloucester. In 2025, Jonathan stepped into the role of Business Unit Manager, bringing a steady, experienced hand to the division.

Outside of work, Jonathan enjoys travelling with his wife and young son, who has recently learned to walk and is keeping them both very busy!
