Summary

Working within the Quality team, successful candidate will co-ordinate a team of Technical Administrators to review & compile documentation in-line with client and site requirements

Summary of key duties & responsibilities

  • Manage a number of documentation priorities at various stages of completion
  • Co-ordinate the team on a daily basis to meet documentation requirements
  • Review & plan future documentation requirements
  • Liase with client inspection team
  • Attend LTQR documentation meetings, client & internally
  • Support Technical Clerks for documentation issues
  • Assist reviewing of document packs, clients comments & LTQR compilation
  • Any other similar requirements/duties as required

Experience

  • Previous experience in similar role essential
  • Working knowledge and understanding of electronic file systems
  • Previous experience and working knowledge of electronic document management systems
  • Familiarity with databases, technical documents and drawings are essential

  • Strong organisational skills to coordinate a team under a pressured environment
  • Ability to manage ever changing documentation priorities & issues
  • Technical Knowledge – reviewing Weld Data Sheets, NDT reports & Project drawings
  • Excellent attention to detail with ability to work methodically through issues as they arise
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel and Advance pdf software Kofax (similar to Adobe pdf write), indexing & bookmarking.

Qualifications

  • Level 3 NVQ or Certificate Level of Qualification, or qualified by experience
