METALLIC DETACHABLE PRODUCTS
Darchem Engineering’s range of metallic detachable products provide durable yet lightweight, high temperature thermal protection for critical systems up to 1100° C.
These products utilise an inner and outer thin gauge, Stainless Steel, Inconel or Titanium alloy corrugated foil to encapsulate a high thermal performance insulation core. The products are capable of operating in the most extreme environments. Tailored fixtures and fittings are incorporated to aid installation to and allow serviceability of customer hardware.

METALLIC INTEGRAL PRODUCTS
Darchem Engineering’s range of metallic integral products provide durable, high temperature thermal management for systems operating up to 1100° C.
As well as providing thermal protection for surrounding heat sensitive components, these products are often used in the high performance automotive industry to maintain heat within the exhaust system to improve engine performance. A single, thin gauge Stainless Steel, Inconel or Titanium alloy corrugated foil encapsulates a high thermal performance insulation core. The corrugated foil is welded directly to the customer hardware.
